Good Vibes & High Fives

We choose our attitudes each day. We choose to come with both a positive attitude and supportive demeanor. We make the time to celebrate success in the lives of our team members, our patients and our business.

Joy-i-fy the Journey

Life and work is about the journey. We will do our damndest to enjoy it. We recognize that there is always room for improvement, but we are already providing a positive impact on the lives of our people. We take the time to add more joy to our patient experience and work life.

Know and Love Our People

We know and love “our people,” the communities we serve. Anyone can be one of “our people” by sharing our values and appreciating the efforts we make for them. We live and die by caring for our people. Our patients don’t come before our team and our team doesn’t come before our patients. Their needs are harmonious and both deserve the love.

Forge the Trail...
And Get Dirty Along The Way

We can’t do what has been done before if we want to stand out. We aren’t afraid to get dirty along the way. We lean into conflict with direct compassion and appreciate honesty in our communication. Although, it can be uncomfortable (dirty), we value authenticity and vulnerability over pleasing and passivity.

We have 4 locations, but we are One Timber. We're all working together. Our goal is to serve Portlanders with easier, happier, more empathetic dental care, so they can worry less and smile more.
